TEACHING
Presence as Practice
Yoga. Meditation. Embodiment.
The ordinary miracle of being alive.
There is nothing to become.
There is nowhere else to arrive.
Practice begins here, in the body you already have, with the breath that is already moving, in the life that is already yours.
Whether we meet in movement, stillness or conversation, the invitation is the same: to come into relationship with ourselves, with one another, and with the living world around us.
Yoga is not something we perform. Meditation is not an escape from life. They are ways of participating more intimately in life.
For more than a decade, I have had the privilege of sharing these practices in retreat centers, studios and communities around the world. Every class is shaped by the people in front of me, because every body, every breath and every season of life asks for something different.
My Approach
My teaching is rooted in the classical traditions of Tantrik Hatha Yoga and Meditation while remaining deeply relevant to contemporary life. I’m deeply grateful and honoured for having received the teachings of Mark Whitwell, based on the teachings of Krishnamacharya and his son Desikachar.
I care less about whether someone can touch their toes, sit perfectly still, or master advanced techniques.
I am here for people who’s practice helps them become more present with their partner, more patient with their children, more grounded in uncertainty, more connected to their body, and more at home in themselves.
Every class is an exploration rather than a performance.
Structure without rigidity. Depth without dogma. Challenge without striving.
Space for each person to practice in a way that honours their unique body, experience, and stage of life.

Teacher Trainings
One of the greatest privileges of my work has been supporting future teachers. Within Yoga and Meditation Teacher Training Courses, I am especially passionate about sharing the aspects of yoga that continue to shape my own life and teaching.
-
A steady, breath-centered practice rooted in the traditional teachings of Tantra and Hatha Yoga.
This class honours yoga as a complete practice rather than simply physical exercise. Through mindful movement, breath awareness, meditation and moments of stillness, we cultivate stability, vitality and a deeper connection with ourselves.
Rather than striving for ideal forms, we learn to practice from the inside out, allowing each posture to become an expression of awareness.
Suitable for all levels.
-
An intuitive, breath-led movement practice that invites you to listen before you perform.
Rather than following shapes for their own sake, we explore movement as a way of reconnecting with the intelligence of the body. Curiosity replaces judgement. Sensation becomes a guide.
Expect fluid sequences, nervous system awareness, mindful transitions and plenty of space to discover what feels supportive for your unique body.
Each practice becomes an opportunity to move with yourself rather than against yourself.
-
A deeply restorative practice inspired by Yin Yoga and the wisdom of the Five Elements.
Long-held postures, conscious breathing and spacious silence invite the body to soften while creating space for reflection and restoration.
Each class explores one of the elemental qualities, inviting us to observe how the rhythms of nature are reflected within ourselves.
Leave feeling grounded, nourished and deeply restored.
-
An exploration of breath as the bridge between body, mind and awareness.
Beginning with simple yet powerful breathing practices, we gradually settle into guided and silent meditation.
These sessions develop presence, emotional regulation and clarity, offering practical tools that extend far beyond the meditation cushion.
No previous meditation experience is required.
-
Sometimes stillness begins by moving.
This class blends mindful movement, free exploration, breath, music and moments of quiet reflection.
Rather than dancing for performance or exercising for fitness, we move as a way of listening.
Movement becomes meditation.
The body becomes the teacher.
The practice offers space to release tension, awaken creativity and reconnect with a sense of aliveness.
-
Ancient wisdom translated into modern life.
Rather than memorising Sanskrit terms or historical timelines, we explore how yoga philosophy can help us navigate relationships, work, uncertainty, purpose and everyday decision making.
The teachings become practical, relevant and deeply alive.
-
Meditation is one of the most transformative practices we can share, yet also one of the most misunderstood.
Together we explore both personal practice and the art of guiding others with confidence, simplicity and authenticity.
-
Holding space is far more than delivering good instructions.
It is the subtle art of reading a room, creating psychological safety, asking meaningful questions, balancing structure with spontaneity, and allowing genuine learning to emerge.
These are the skills that help good teachers become trusted facilitators.

About Me
For over ten years, I’ve guided people from around the world through yoga, meditation, retreats, teacher trainings, and experiences designed to support deeper connection, learning, and growth. My path has taken me from studying traditional yoga and meditation to serving as CEO at Samyama, an internationally recognised retreat centre in Bali, where I spent six years shaping both the guest experience and the organisation behind it.
Alongside teaching, I've worked extensively in leadership, facilitation and conscious business. These experiences continue to inform my approach, bringing together contemplative practice with the realities of modern life.
My teaching is grounded in curiosity, warmth and practicality. Whether I'm guiding a single class or a month-long training, my hope is always the same: that people leave feeling more connected to themselves, more at ease in their bodies, and better equipped to meet whatever life is bringing to them.
Over the years, I've had the privilege of...
Teaching thousands of students from more than 70 countries.
Leading daily classes, silent retreats and teacher trainings.
Designing and facilitating transformational learning experiences for one of Bali's leading retreat centres.
Mentoring aspiring teachers, leaders and facilitators.
Guiding practices in studios, retreat centres, festivals and corporate settings.
I regularly collaborate with retreat centres, yoga schools, studios, wellness resorts and organisations worldwide. I’m available for aligned guest teaching, festivals, corporate wellbeing programs, and private groups.
Let's create something meaningful together.
