Depth, Clarity & Embodiment

with Kat

You’ve likely found me because life has brought you to a threshold --
one of those poetic turning points where what has been can no longer continue,
and what is becoming has not yet revealed itself.

Thresholds are the moments when this truth becomes real.
They ask not for more effort, but for a different way of being: one that listens, softens, and allows what’s true to re-organize your life from within.

We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them.”

— Albert Einstein

I’m glad life brought you here.
And I want you to know: you’re
not alone in this place of in-between.

I know what it’s like to long for spaces that can hold the whole of you: the parts that shine and the ones that ache, the clarity and the confusion, the softness beneath the strength, the heaviness and the real you underneath it all.
For a long time, I believed those spaces didn’t exist. That I had to choose between being spiritual and being in the world, between stillness and movement, between structure and flow.
I was wrong.

Life itself is the practice.
Every breath, every heartbreak, every threshold.

My work is an embrace of that: all parts, all seasons, all truths.
It’s an invitation into coherence, where your inner experience and outer expression begin to speak the same language again.

Some people find me in times of rupture or change.

Others arrive quietly, following a feeling they can’t yet name.

Whatever brings you here, I trust that something in you already knows this is the right threshold to meet.

If you don’t yet know my story, here’s a glimpse of how I came to this work.

I’ve always been drawn to the inner architecture of things: what moves us, shapes us, and holds us back.
That curiosity led me to study Sociology, Psychology and Marketing, then first into the worlds of business, strategy, and leadership, and later into the depths of yoga, meditation, and shadow work.
Somewhere between those worlds, I began to sense what I now call the path of integration: the place where structure meets spirit, where embodiment grounds insight, where the sacred and the ordinary belong together.

Like many who teach, I learned by breaking open.
Illness, heartbreak, and loss took me to my knees more than once. There were years when my voice disappeared - literally and metaphorically - and I had to learn to listen again: to my body, my boundaries, and to life itself.

That period taught me that “awakening” without embodiment is just escape.

And that real freedom lives in the body: in the exhale, in the meeting, in the willingness to stay.

Through these thresholds (and many unnamed), I’ve come to see my work as a space where others can pause, breathe, and remember their own rhythm.
A place to restore clarity, dignity, and vitality.

My 1:1 sessions are ceremonial in spirit and practical in form.
They meet the body, the mind, and the unseen. Always with the intention of integration, so you leave feeling more whole, not more in pieces.

No one can cross your threshold for you, but you don’t have to stand there alone.

Here, you are met in the mystery, supported as you remember that aliveness is not something to earn, but something you already are.

1:1 Offerings

Every session is a meeting with the real, not the idea of who you should be, but the truth of who you already are. Whether we meet once or over a season, our work weaves awareness through body, psyche, and circumstance, so that clarity becomes lived experience.
