Experience and perspective

I bring a rare combination of operational depth and human awareness.

I have held CEO, COO, and General Manager roles and have been responsible for building and stabilising businesses in phases of growth, restructuring, and transition. This includes developing Sales and Marketing teams from the ground up, shaping organisational structures, and translating vision into systems that people can actually work with.

A significant part of my experience sits within the global retreats and wellness space. I have worked closely with retreat centers, facilitators, and leadership teams to develop programs, curricula, and facilitation teams, while also gaining a deep understanding of what guests are truly responding to. Over time, this has given me a clear sense of the less visible factors that differentiate consistently successful retreat spaces from those that struggle, even when the offering itself is strong.

Alongside this, I have worked across industries including Luxury Goods, Healthcare, Energy and Utilities, Automotive, Finance, and Banking. This has involved mapping markets, identifying white spots, developing market entry strategies, re-pricing tools, and cost-saving programs. Working across such different environments has sharpened my ability to see patterns quickly and to adapt structure without losing nuance.

What clients often notice first is the quality of presence I bring into a system. My way of working is grounded and stabilising, direct without being forceful, relational without being indulgent, and strategic without losing sight of the human system. I ask clear questions, name what is often avoided, and help translate vision into structure that can actually be held.

What ties all of this together is a capacity to hold both the human and the operational layers of a business at the same time. I am comfortable in complexity, across cultures, and in situations where clarity has not yet emerged. My role is to help that clarity take form, in ways that are grounded, sustainable, and aligned with how people actually work and lead.
