About
Hi, I’m Kat
I work with people and organizations at moments of transition. My work sits at the intersection of somatics, meditation, shadow and parts work, and leadership development, translating inner insight into lived, sustainable change.
For over a decade, I’ve taught, mentored, and trained hundreds of students and facilitators while also leading teams, building learning ecosystems, and supporting organizational growth in complex, multicultural environments. I’m as comfortable in a meditation hall as I am in strategic conversations about structure, culture, and decision-making.
What has called me, again and again, is the space where things stop working. When old patterns surface, when the nervous system is overwhelmed, when clarity is needed not as an idea but as a lived capacity.
People often describe my presence as grounded, precise, and stabilising. I help clients slow down enough to see what is actually happening, regulate what is overloaded, and move forward in a way that can be held over time.
Who I Work With
Individuals navigating transitions, decisions, or creative thresholds
Founders, leaders, and entrepreneurs seeking embodied clarity
Teachers, facilitators, and practitioners wanting to deepen their craft
Teams and organizations working on culture, communication, or alignment
Retreat centers and wellness businesses designing programs or operations
People who feel called into more responsibility, authenticity, or truth

ETHICS (code of conduct)
My work is anchored in a set of ethical commitments that guide every interaction. These commitments are not theoretical; they shape how I hold power, responsibility, and the impact my work can have on others. I do not ask clients to go anywhere I am unwilling to go myself.
Do no harm. (Ahimsa)
I work within my scope, I do not diagnose or promise outcomes, and I refer clients to appropriate professionals when needed.
Integrity over performance
I will not use spirituality, somatics, or leadership rhetoric to bypass difficulty, avoid accountability, or create false authority.
Cultural and contextual sensitivity
I honor cultural lineages with respect, avoid appropriation, and adapt methods to context rather than imposing a singular worldview.
I work within my scope
I acknowledge the limits of my role and refer clients out when another form of support is more appropriate.
Trauma-aware, not trauma-extractive
I do not push for disclosure, revisit material without consent, or use emotional intensity as proof of progress.
Confidentiality
Client stories, organizational information, and personal disclosures are held with strict confidentiality unless explicit permission is given.
Intensity is not a measure of depth
Breakthroughs do not require emotional overwhelm. Quiet insight is equally valid.
Client agency above all
My role is not to direct someone’s life, but to support their clarity, autonomy, and inner authority.
Consent as a continuos practice
Consent is active, ongoing, and renegotiable at any moment - in verbal, somatic, and relational forms.
Evidence-informed practice
Where appropriate, my work is grounded in current research in somatics, psychology, and organizational development as much as in tradition and lived experience.
Ongoing self-work, accountability and supervision
I stay engaged in my own inquiry, mentorship, and supervision to ensure that unresolved material does not leak into the work. I examine my blind spots, take feedback seriously, and remain in supervision and mentorship to keep my work clean.
