1:1 Private Mentorship
WHEN YOU KNOW SOMETHING NEEDS TO CHANGE, BUT YOU DON’T YET KNOW WHAT THAT CHANGE ASKS OF YOU.
THE PILLARS
BODY AS WISDOM
Through my work as a yoga and meditation teacher, bodyworker, somatic practitioner and trauma-informed facilitator, I’ve come to trust the body as the keeper of truth.
My role is to help you return to your body’s wisdom and to reawaken its natural rhythms, rebuild trust in its signals, and deepen your capacity to listen, honour, and move from a place of embodied inner knowing.
CREATIVITY AS MEDICINE
Creating gives us a way to explore what we know before we have the words for it. It is our own innate alchemy that transmutes darkness into light.
Through my background in meditation, yoga, somatic experiencing & writing, art and movement therapy, such as Butoh and Feldenkrais, I bring in different pathways of expression to reconnect you with possibility, playfulness, and your own unique way of processing and releasing.
It’s not about being good at creativity. Creativity is good for you.
LIFE AS PRACTICE
The work does not stay inside our sessions. We bring what we discover into ordinary life: relationships, work, decisions, boundaries, uncertainty, rest, health, desire and the small moments in which old patterns tend to take over. And from there, we bring it back into our work.
Through awareness and breath practices, yoga philosophy, self-inquiry, shadow work and practical experiments, we soften what’s rigid and reconnect to truth through curiosity, and embodied expression.
OUR COLLABORATION
This private mentorship is designed to meet you exactly where you are and support you through the transition you are living now. I’m right there with you, also in a practical sense. Because I understand that life can be pretty unpredictable and that there are moments that feel TOO BIG to encounter by yourself alone.
Whether you’re finding yourself in an identify shift, a season of change or simply a point where the way you have been living no longer feels sustainable or true. You do not need to arrive knowing exactly what you need.
The mentorship is responsive rather than pre-designed. We work with what is actually happening for you, and follow what is asking to be understood, felt or explored. This is my highest-touch offer ~ a personal, immersive mentorship held in intimate rhythm.
Together we move through body-based practice, reflection, and creative play, allowing what’s ready to emerge to be met, shaped, and expressed.
One thing that is important to me: this is not about self-improvement.
It is about self-return. Becoming more honest about what is here, and finding your way forward from there.
WHO IS THIS FOR?
This space is for people who are highly capable, self-aware and tired of holding everything together.
For those who understand their psychology intellectually, but still find themselves repeating patterns they thought they had already outgrown.
For when you’re standing at a threshold: a relationship changing, a career shifting, a body asking for a different pace, an identity loosening, or a life that no longer fits as neatly as it once did.
For those willing to become curious about the parts of themselves that are not yet ready for the change they consciously say they want.
For those who want to develop a deeper relationship with their body, their inner world and their own knowing; those willing to look honestly, without needing me to tell them what the answer is.
If you are looking for someone to give you goals, an action plan or accountability, this is probably not the right container.
If you are looking for someone who gets you, who speaks and lives from experience, can meet you where you are, has no agenda but a lot of care in reflecting what you may not be seeing, asks questions that open something up, and walks alongside you while you find your own way, this may be for you.
THE FLOW
Private mentorship begins with a three-month commitment, with the option to deepen into a six- or twelve-month journey.
Once you apply via the form, we begin with a 20-minute discovery call to explore alignment. If we both feel a yes, you receive a welcome questionnaire and agreement, and we begin.
We meet twice a month, usually every two weeks, with space between sessions for integration.
Your mentorship is not pre-designed. It is shaped in response to how you are feeling, what you are noticing, and what is asking to be understood or embodied now.
In this work, I hold space for your unbecoming and your unraveling. I walk beside you, trusting that it is in moving with the natural cycles and seasons that we return you to your true flow.

A NOTE ON THE RELATIONSHIP
This is not a space for fixing. I am not your coach, neither will I act as one. I will not set goals for you, prescribe your next steps or hold you accountable to a plan.
I work as a mentor, companion and thinking partner. My role is to listen closely, reflect what I see, bring perspectives and practices that may be useful, and ask questions that help you discover what is true, relevant and ready to action for you. Sometimes you will need nourishment. Other times you will need a practice, a different perspective, or simply space to stop pushing. I may ask the question you have been carefully avoiding.
You remain the authority on your own life.
This is a relationship of presence, curiosity and honest exploration, not performance.
IF WE HAVEN‘T MET / HI - I’M KAT!
From feeling stuck to a life with more room for joy
For about 20 years, I had no idea how much I was carrying. Chronic inflammation, burnout I couldn’t see, and the pressure to keep going had become part of the background of my life.
Then came solo motherhood, and the work of healing from a relationship that had left me questioning my own sense of safety and sanity. I had become very good at doing things on my own. Hyper-independence had helped me survive, but it was no longer the way I wanted to live.
As I began to notice what my body was telling me, to take my own needs seriously, and to let support and connection become part of my life, I’ve been not only symptom-free but also with much more joy and peace.
That shift has also changed how I work. Through entrepreneurship, teaching and co-creation, I’ve been learning to build in relationship rather than relying only on myself. I bring that lived experience into my mentorship, alongside the practices and perspectives that have helped me find more choice, trust and room to be human.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
Think of it as having someone in your corner while you navigate what life is asking of you. Someone who knows your story, understands the patterns you’re working with, and can help you make sense of what is happening as you move through it.
I bring my experience, knowledge, practices and perspectives into our work. I listen, reflect, ask questions and offer support when things feel complicated. You bring your own experience, questions, doubts and discoveries.
You don't have to figure everything out on your own, and you don't have to have all the answers before we begin.
1
What exactly is mentorship?
There is no fixed agenda or programme you need to follow. We begin with what is happening in your life and what feels most present for you.
Sometimes we might explore a recurring pattern or a difficult decision. Sometimes we might work with a feeling or sensation in your body, get curious about a particular part of you, or use a practice to approach something from a different perspective.
There is room for reflection, practical exploration, and simply taking the time to notice what is happening beneath the surface.
We follow what feels relevant, and you are always welcome to bring whatever is on your mind.
2
What happens in a session?
What if I don't know what I need or where to start?
3
You don't need to arrive with a clear goal, a well-defined problem or even the right words.
Perhaps you just know that something feels off. Perhaps you are exhausted, overwhelmed, or standing at a threshold you don't quite know how to navigate.
We can start there. Together, we make space to understand what is happening and discover what might be useful to explore.
No. I won't set goals for you, prescribe your next steps or hold you accountable to a plan.
I can offer perspectives, ask questions that help you see something differently, and share practices that might support you. I can also be a sounding board when you're trying to make sense of a decision or situation.
My intention is to help you hear yourself more clearly, so that your choices can come from a deeper understanding of what matters to you.
4
Will you tell me what to do?
What if I feel overwhelmed or stuck between sessions?
5
This is one of the reasons I value mentorship.
Life doesn't happen only during our sessions. Sometimes something comes up in the middle of an ordinary Tuesday, a conversation leaves you unsettled, or you find yourself falling into a familiar pattern and don't quite know what to make of it.
You can reach out between sessions. Depending on what you need, I might offer a reflection, a question, a practice or simply help you find some perspective.
The aim is for you to have a companion in the process, someone you can turn to rather than having to hold everything alone.
Between-session support is intended for reflection and integration, not continuous or immediate availability. We'll agree on the practical boundaries together before we begin.
What might change through this work?
6
That depends on you, your circumstances and what unfolds during our time together.
You might begin to recognise patterns you couldn't previously see, understand your protective responses differently, or feel more connected to your body and your needs. You might find yourself approaching a difficult conversation with more clarity, making a decision you've been circling around, or allowing yourself to question a life you've spent years building.
Sometimes the change is visible in what you do. Sometimes it is in how you relate to yourself, how much room you have to feel what you feel, or how you respond when things become difficult.
I don't promise a particular outcome. What I offer is a space, a relationship and a set of practices to support your own process of discovery and change.
How do I know if we're a good fit?
7
You don't need to be certain before applying. The first step is to complete the application form. If it feels like there may be a good fit, I'll invite you to a 20-minute discovery call. We can talk about what is bringing you here, what you're looking for, and whether this way of working feels right for both of us.
There is no obligation to continue after the call. I want us both to feel that this is a relationship we can enter into with honesty and intention.
